We take great care to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time.
Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy to understand how we process and dispatch your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
After an order is successfully placed:
Orders are processed within 2–5 working days.
Processing time may extend during:
Festivals
High-sale periods
New collection launches
Unforeseen operational delays
We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Timeline (After Dispatch)
Delivery time depends on your location:
Metro Cities: 3–6 working days
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–8 working days
Remote/Interior Areas: 6–12 working days
Please note: Delivery days are excluding weekends & public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
We offer free shipping on selected products or seasonal promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
An SMS/Email with tracking ID
Courier partner name
Tracking link
You can follow the courier’s updates directly.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unreachable or address is incorrect:
The parcel may be returned to our warehouse
Re-shipping charges (if any) must be paid by the customer
Nirzari is not liable if the customer does not respond to delivery attempts.
6. Address Errors
Please ensure the address, phone number, and email are accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for:
Delays due to incorrect address
Delivery to the wrong address entered by the customer
Address changes cannot be made once the order is processed.
7. Courier Delays
Nirzari is not responsible for delays arising due to:
Weather conditions
Strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions
Natural calamities
Courier company operational delays
Unexpected logistical issues
Our responsibility ends once the parcel is handed over to the courier partner.
8. Damaged / Open Parcels During Delivery
If you receive:
A tampered parcel
An open box
Wet or damaged packaging
❗ Do NOT accept the parcel.
Ask the delivery partner to mark it as “Return to Sender” and inform us immediately.
Once accepted, transit damage cannot be claimed.
9. International Shipping
At the moment, international shipping is available only for selected clients, not for everyone.
We hope to expand global delivery soon.
