Return & Refund Policy

At Nirzari, we take pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and detailing of every outfit we create.

Since each garment is carefully inspected before dispatch, we maintain a strict but customer-friendly return policy as outlined below.

1. Return Policy (Only for Eligible Orders)

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

✔ Wrong Product Received

(Example: size mismatch from what you ordered, wrong design, wrong item delivered)

✔ Defective or Damaged Product

(Manufacturing defect, torn fabric, major stain, stitching issues — excluding minor variations)

✔ Size Exchange (If Available)

If the ordered size doesn’t fit and the required size is in stock.

2. Conditions for Return / Exchange

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • Unaltered and unworn

  • In original condition

  • With all tags, labels, and packaging intact

  • Returned request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

3. Items NOT Eligible for Return

For hygiene & safety reasons, the following are non-returnable & non-refundable:

  • Products bought on sale / discount / offer

  • Products purchased during festivals or special promotions

  • Customised or altered pieces

  • Minor issues such as:

    • Slight color variation due to screen resolution

    • Material/fabric texture differences

    • Minor thread pulls, negligible print irregularities
      (These are common in handcrafted or printed garments)

4. Timeline to Raise a Request

Return or exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of product delivery.

After 48 hours, we cannot accept claims.

5. Return Process

Step 1: Raise a Return Request

Contact us with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Product image/video

  • Unboxing video (recommended for damage claims)

  • Reason for return

Step 2: Request Approval

Our team will verify and approve the request if it meets the policy terms.

Step 3: Reverse Pickup

A courier pickup will be arranged (subject to service availability).

If pickup is not available in your pincode, the customer must self-ship the item.

Step 4: Quality Check

Once item is received at our warehouse, it will undergo:

✔ Product condition check
✔ Tag & packaging verification
✔ Defect/wrong item validation

This process takes 3–5 working days.

6. Exchange Terms

  • Exchange is possible only for the same product

  • Exchange depends on stock availability

  • If size is unavailable, store credit will be issued

7. Refund Policy

Refund Method

Refund is provided in the form of:

  • Store Credit / Coupon Code
    (Valid for 6 months)

Cash / bank refunds are not provided, except in special approved cases (wrong/defective product only).

Refund Time

Once QC is passed, refund (store credit) will be issued within 3–7 working days.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be provided as store credit.

9. Important Notes

  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • If return fails QC (used/damaged), customer must pay re-shipping charges to get the product back.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
