Nizari currently ships only within India. We offer multiple standard shipping options, which you can select during the checkout process. Please note that we do not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) orders. For security reasons, all orders require a signature upon delivery.
While most orders are processed and delivered within 5-7 business days, certain products may have a shipping window of up to 14 days. For detailed information, please refer to our Shipping and Returns page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We strive to meet estimated delivery times; however, unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays. Nizari cannot be held liable for any loss, delivery delays, or damage caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or strikes. If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after reviewing your case.
