At Nizari, we understand that plans can change. You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Nizari reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, particularly if we suspect that the order is placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund via the original payment method.
Refunds for eligible orders will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase and may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account. Please note that custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
In cases where returns are accepted, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All returned items must be in their original condition, including tags and packaging. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance.
